Raipur: Learning English became exciting and enjoyable for the students of Grade 5i at NH Goel World School as they explored idioms through an interactive Bingo game.

Each Bingo card featured at least nine commonly used idioms, including “piece of cake,” “break the ice,” and “spill the beans.” As the game progressed, students identified the idioms, understood their meanings, and learned how they can be used in everyday conversations.

The play-based activity turned vocabulary learning into an engaging classroom experience. Students participated enthusiastically, interacted with their classmates, and strengthened their understanding of new expressions while enjoying the game.

The activity helped improve vocabulary, listening skills, communication, quick thinking, and memory retention. It also encouraged students to use English expressions with greater confidence.

Through such interactive learning experiences, NH Goel World School makes language learning meaningful and enjoyable, showing students that learning new vocabulary can truly be a “piece of cake!”
