Creative Cap Workshop Brings Imagination, Self-Expression and Hands-On Learning to Grade 3

In an inspiring homecoming that beautifully brought her creative journey full circle, N.H. Goel World School welcomed its alumna Mahak Dalmia from the Batch of 2016 for an engaging Creative Cap Workshop with the students of Grade 3.

A passionate creative professional, Mahak transformed the workshop into a vibrant celebration of colours, ideas and imagination. During the hands-on session, students designed and personalised their own caps, turning simple materials into unique expressions of their personalities and creative visions.

The workshop provided the young learners with an exciting platform to experiment freely, think imaginatively and experience the joy of creating something of their own. The room buzzed with enthusiasm as every cap gradually became a colourful reflection of its young designer.

Mahak’s connection with the school made the occasion especially meaningful. Her own creative journey began within the classrooms of N.H. Goel World School, where Visual Arts lessons helped her discover and nurture her passion. What started as a childhood interest eventually grew into a professional calling.

Today, Mahak leads her own creative initiative, Party Sharty, through which she conducts art-based workshops and events. Her journey from a curious student to a successful creative entrepreneur offered the children a powerful lesson: when talent is nurtured with dedication and courage, passion can become a meaningful profession.

Mahak and her dedicated team ensured that the session remained lively, inclusive and enriching. Their encouragement helped every child participate confidently and express ideas without hesitation.

The school expressed its appreciation to Mahak and her team for creating such a memorable learning experience. Her return to her alma mater reflected the enduring bond between the school and its alumni, while reminding students that the place where a dream begins can one day become the place where its success inspires others.

Students of Classes I to IV Receive Expert Vision Screening and Personalised Care

Prioritising student well-being and holistic development, N.H. Goel World School organised a two-day Eye Check-up Camp on 24 and 25 July in collaboration with MGM Eye Institute.

The camp was led by Dr. Sejal Golchha and her dedicated team, who conducted professional vision screenings for students of Classes I to IV. With patience, expertise and care, the specialists ensured that every child received personalised attention and appropriate guidance.

The initiative focused on the early detection of vision-related concerns that could otherwise affect a child’s academic performance, confidence and overall development. The young learners participated comfortably in the screening process and gained a better understanding of the importance of caring for their eyes.

Good vision is fundamental to a child’s learning journey. From reading and writing to observing, exploring and interacting with the world, healthy eyesight plays a crucial role in every aspect of growth. Early screening enables timely support and helps children experience learning with greater comfort and confidence.

Through this thoughtful initiative, N.H. Goel World School once again underlined its commitment to placing health alongside education. The camp reflected the school’s continued efforts to provide every learner with a safe, aware and nurturing environment in which they can thrive.

N.H. Goel World School Organises Science Research & Innovation Orientation Workshop

With questions waiting to be explored and ideas ready to take flight, the Science Department of N.H. Goel World School organised a specialised Science Research & Innovation Orientation Workshop for enthusiastic young learners aspiring to represent the school at prestigious State, National and International science programmes during the current academic year.

Conducted in the school’s Audio-Visual Room, the workshop created an inspiring space where curiosity met opportunity and imagination found a pathway towards meaningful scientific research.

The session was led by Dr. M. N. Singh, who provided comprehensive guidance on a wide spectrum of science competitions. He familiarised students with their objectives, eligibility requirements, registration procedures, research frameworks and effective methods of preparing innovative projects.
