Students Learn the Values of Love, Trust, Care and Protection
Raipur: Students from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 3 at N.H. Goel World School celebrated Raksha Bandhan with great enthusiasm and happiness. The celebration highlighted the special bond of love, care, and protection shared between siblings.

To help the young learners understand the true significance of the festival, teachers narrated the inspiring story of Lord Krishna and Draupadi. Students learned how Draupadi tied a piece of cloth around Lord Krishna’s injured finger and how Krishna later fulfilled his promise to protect her.

Through the story, children understood that Raksha Bandhan is not only about tying a rakhi. It represents love, trust, support, and the promise to care for one another.

Students also participated enthusiastically in a creative Rakhi-Making Activity in their classrooms. Using their imagination and artistic skills, they designed colourful and beautiful handmade rakhis.

The celebration brought together storytelling, cultural values, creativity, and joyful learning. It encouraged students to value relationships and develop kindness, respect, and responsibility towards others.

A thread of love, a promise of care, and a bond that lasts forever.
