Experiments, Space Exploration and Discussions Mark the Opening of Cambridge Science Week
Raipur: The Cambridge Science Department of N.H. Goel World School inaugurated “INNOSPHERE – Where Innovation Meets Creativity” as part of its Science Week celebrations.
Guest speaker Mr. Upadrasta Lakshmana Suri led an engaging talk and practical activities on the theme “Science and Technology for Viksit Bharat.”
Students explored sound, light, pressure, force, and electricity through demonstrations and experiments.
Their enthusiastic participation helped them connect classroom concepts with practical applications and discover the value of questioning, observing, and testing ideas.
The session also introduced students to Chandrayaan and India’s achievements in space technology, encouraging interest in scientific exploration and innovation.
A separate session for teachers explored the Indian Knowledge System, including mantras, chakras, shlokas, and the Shree Chakra.
Mr. Suri shared his interpretations of connections between traditional practices and scientific concepts, inviting educators to examine these ideas through discussion and critical inquiry.
Together, the sessions encouraged curiosity, creativity, and thoughtful exploration while building appreciation for India’s scientific achievements and knowledge heritage.
