Interactive Activity Helps Young Learners Understand and Use Verbs

Raipur: Grade 1 students of N.H. Goel World School participated in an enjoyable Hindi activity on “Kriya” (Verbs), learning to identify action words and use them correctly in sentences.

Students explored familiar actions such as eating, playing, reading, running, writing, and dancing. By performing these actions themselves and connecting them with the corresponding Hindi words, they developed a clear understanding of the concept.

The playful approach encouraged active participation and helped strengthen the children’s vocabulary, language skills, and self-expression. Students enthusiastically shared their responses and practised using action words in meaningful sentences.

The activity made grammar simple and memorable, demonstrating how movement and play can bring language learning to life.
