N.H. Goel World School Athlete Wins Silver in Goa with a Personal Best of 71.57 Metres
Raipur: Shourya Agrawal of N.H. Goel World School delivered an outstanding performance at the West Zone Athletics Championships 2026 in Goa, winning the Silver Medal in the Under-18 Boys’ Javelin Throw.
His throw of 71.57 metres marked a personal best and established a new Chhattisgarh Under-18 javelin throw record, surpassing the previous mark of 70.60 metres, also held by a student of N.H. Goel World School.
With this achievement, Shourya has continued the school’s strong javelin tradition, taking the state record beyond 71 metres and bringing pride to both the school and Chhattisgarh.
