Vishwas House Students Present Navdurga, Garba and a Dramatic Scene from the Ramayana
Raipur: Vishwas House of the MP Cluster at N.H. Goel World School organised a special morning assembly to celebrate Navratri with enthusiasm and devotion. The programme introduced students to Indian traditions and highlighted the significance of the victory of good over evil.

The assembly began with a prayer to Goddess Durga, followed by a meaningful presentation on her nine forms, collectively known as Navdurga. Students conveyed messages of courage, strength, devotion and respect for women.

Dressed in colourful traditional attire, students performed Garba, bringing festive energy to the assembly and showcasing India’s rich folk traditions.

A highlight was the dramatic portrayal of the battle between Lord Rama and Ravana. Through expressive performances, students brought this episode from the Ramayana to life, emphasising the triumph of truth and righteousness over arrogance and injustice.

The assembly helped students appreciate the cultural, spiritual and moral significance of the festival. It concluded with a message encouraging everyone to practise truthfulness, courage, kindness and humility in everyday life.
