FP Cambridge Learners Decorate Makhan Matkas and Bansuris

Raipur: Grade 1-I and Grade 2-I students of the FP Cambridge Programme at N.H. Goel World School celebrated Janmashtami through a joyful and creative activity.

The young learners discovered the endearing childhood stories of Shri Krishna, including his love for makhan and fondness for playing the bansuri. These stories helped them understand the cultural significance and joyful spirit of the festival.

As part of the celebration, students beautifully decorated makhan matkas and bansuris using beads, stones, flowers, and other colourful materials. Their imaginative creations reflected enthusiasm, creativity, and artistic expression.

The activity strengthened the children’s fine motor skills, concentration, cultural awareness, and appreciation of Indian traditions while making the celebration engaging and meaningful.

With colourful matkas, melodious bansuris, and cheerful smiles, the young learners brought the magic of Krishna’s childhood to life.
