Young Minds Turn Everyday Challenges into Business Ideas
Raipur, 19 September 2026: Students of Grades 9, 10, and 11 from the CBSE and Cambridge programmes at N.H. Goel World School participated in an intensive one-day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp. The programme guided students from identifying real-world problems to developing and presenting structured business concepts.
The sessions were led by Mr. Mohit Nagpal, Chief Executive Officer of the Inclusive Technology Business Incubator (DST), associated with Runway Incubator, and Mr. Anshul Singh Chouhan, Career Coach, Industry Strategist, and Education Professional.
Under their guidance, students participated in Problem Safari, Solution Ideation and Peer Validation, Business Model Canvas development, and a concluding Startup Expo with Elevator Pitches. These activities encouraged participants to observe everyday challenges, exchange feedback, refine their ideas, and explore how a concept could become a business.
The showcase concluded with the following results:
- Winners: Team WINGERA — Grade 11
- First Runners-Up: Team COSMO — Grade 9
- Second Runners-Up: Team INNOVATORS — Grade 10
The event was curated by Ms. Sakshi Kahar, Entrepreneurship Faculty, with support from Ms. Priya Mishra and Mr. Amit Mehra. It was chaired by Ms. Shweta Das, Senior Coordinator; Mr. Roshan Chettiar and Mr. K. V. Sreekumar, Cluster Managers; and Mr. Sandeep Vyas, HOD Commerce.
Shri S. K. Tomar, Director Administration, and Dr. Awinash Pandey, Principal, also graced the occasion.
The bootcamp provided practical experience in creative thinking, collaboration, planning, and communication, encouraging students to approach challenges with initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
