Research and Role-Play Build Confidence and English Communication Skills
Raipur: Grade 5 students of N.H. Goel World School brought their English chapter “People and Jobs” to life through a research-based presentation activity centred on their dream careers.
Students explored the responsibilities, skills, dedication and educational pathways associated with their chosen professions. Their research included relevant subject choices and specialised courses that could help them pursue their ambitions.
Dressed to represent their chosen careers, the young learners confidently presented their findings in English. From doctors to pilots, their presentations reflected thoughtful preparation, creativity and enthusiasm for the future.
The activity connected language learning with career awareness, giving students an opportunity to strengthen their research, public-speaking and self-expression skills. It also encouraged them to appreciate the effort and commitment behind different professions.
The young presenters demonstrated that exploring future aspirations can make classroom learning both purposeful and enjoyable.
