Class 3-I Learners Explore Fractions Through a Hands-On Fraction Kit
Raipur: Class 3-I students of N.H. Goel World School enjoyed an engaging learning experience in the Maths Lab, where they explored fractions using a Fraction Kit.

Through the activity, students discovered that a fraction represents equal parts of a whole. They also learned to identify the two main parts of a fraction—the numerator and the denominator—in a simple and meaningful way.

The learners understood that a fraction can be represented as the division of the numerator by the denominator. This helped them establish a clear connection between fractions and division.

Using the Fraction Kit, students could see, touch, arrange, compare, and represent different fractions. This practical approach made an abstract mathematical concept easier to understand and remember.

The activity strengthened students’ logical thinking, problem-solving, mathematical reasoning, observation, and confidence. Their curiosity and active participation transformed the lesson into an enjoyable experience.

The school applauds the enthusiastic Class 3-I learners for their participation and wonderful spirit of discovery.
See it. Touch it. Compare it. Understand it—fractions become fun when learning comes alive!
