Raipur: Learning came alive for the enthusiastic students of Grade 5I at N.H. Goel World School as they stepped into the Physics Laboratory for an exciting practical session based on the chapter “Thermal and Electrical Conductors.” The activity transformed scientific concepts into real-life experiences, allowing students to discover the principles of heat and electricity through observation and experimentation.
During the session, students actively investigated a variety of materials to determine whether they acted as conductors or insulators of heat and electricity. Using simple electrical circuits and practical demonstrations, they tested different objects, observed their properties, and compared their effectiveness in conducting heat and electric current.
The young learners also explored how conductors and insulators are used in everyday life—from household appliances and electrical wiring to cooking utensils and safety equipment.
