Class 7A Student Selected to Represent Chhattisgarh at the National Swimming Championship
Raipur: N.H. Goel World School proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Anant Dwivedi of Class 7A at the 16th State Sub-Junior and Junior Boys’ and Girls’ Swimming Championship 2026.
The championship was held at Jila Khel Parisar, Sarkanda, Bilaspur, on 23 and 24 July 2026. Anant delivered an outstanding performance and won an impressive total of seven gold medals.
His achievements include:
- Gold Medal – 50-metre Butterfly
- Gold Medal – 50-metre Backstroke
- Gold Medal – 100-metre Backstroke
- Gold Medal – 200-metre Backstroke
- Gold Medal – 200-metre Individual Medley
- Gold Medal – 4×100-metre Medley Relay
- Gold Medal – 4×100-metre Freestyle Relay
Based on his exceptional performance, Anant has been selected to represent Chhattisgarh at the National Swimming Championship, scheduled to be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, from 6 to 9 August 2026.
Director Administration Mr. S. K. Tomar, Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey and Head of the Sports Department Mr. Kapil Chaudhary congratulated Anant and wished him continued success at the National Championship.
His achievement was supported by swimming coaches Mr. Saket Dubey and Ms. Rama Sonkar, whose guidance and encouragement played an important role in his preparation.
