Raipur:
N H Goel World School, Raipur, proudly celebrates a historic and inspiring achievement as its student, Anwika Agrawal, becomes the youngest child from Chhattisgarh to reach Everest Base Camp at an altitude of 5,364 metres in June 2025.

This extraordinary accomplishment not only marks a personal milestone for Anwika but also reflects the school’s strong commitment to nurturing courage, confidence, and character among its students. At a young age, while most children are still exploring their interests, Anwika dared to dream beyond limits and turned that dream into reality amidst the towering peaks of the Himalayas.

Facing freezing temperatures, challenging terrains, thin air, and physical exhaustion, she demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination. Every step she took towards Everest Base Camp symbolized discipline, preparation, and the spirit of perseverance — values deeply instilled by N H Goel World School.

The Management of the school expressed immense pride and joy over this remarkable feat. Director Administration Mr. S. K. Tomar and Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey heartily congratulated Anwika and applauded her indomitable spirit. They emphasized that the achievement stands as a testament to the school’s vision of holistic development, where students are encouraged to excel not only in academics but also in adventure, leadership, and life skills.

Addressing the students, the school leadership delivered an inspiring message: with firm determination, self-belief, and consistent effort, every student can achieve their desired goals, no matter how challenging they may appear.

Anwika’s journey is more than a climb to a base camp — it is a powerful reminder that when a school provides the right guidance and environment, young minds can rise to extraordinary heights.
