N.H. Goel World School Commemorates Income Tax Day with an Expert-Led Interactive Workshop

Raipur, 25 July 2026: To commemorate Income Tax Day and strengthen financial awareness among young learners, N.H. Goel World School organised an interactive workshop on the Indian income-tax system for its CBSE and Cambridge Commerce students at Rangshilp on Saturday.

The workshop aimed to transform taxation from a complex academic concept into practical knowledge that students could understand and apply. The participants were introduced to the fundamentals of income tax, the tax-filing process, recent amendments to tax rates and essential taxation principles relevant to entrepreneurs and business professionals.

The session was conducted by distinguished financial experts CA Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal and CA Ms. Manisha Jain. Drawing upon their professional expertise and practical experience, the speakers explained various aspects of the Indian taxation system in a clear, engaging and accessible manner.

Students gained valuable insights into responsible tax compliance, accurate financial documentation and the importance of adopting transparent and ethical financial practices. The speakers also highlighted key considerations that every aspiring entrepreneur and businessperson should understand while managing financial and taxation responsibilities.

The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to ask questions, clarify doubts and connect classroom concepts with real-world financial situations. The discussion helped them recognise taxation not merely as a legal obligation but as an essential contribution to the nation’s development.

The workshop strengthened the students’ financial literacy, broadened their understanding of India’s economic framework and equipped them with practical knowledge for their future academic and professional journeys.

N.H. Goel World School expressed its sincere appreciation to CA Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal and CA Ms. Manisha Jain for sharing their expertise and inspiring students to become financially informed, ethically responsible and law-abiding citizens.

When young minds understand taxation, they do more than prepare for business—they prepare to participate responsibly in building the nation.
