The highlight of the event was the inspiring session by Mr. Aditya Sharma, Co-founder of Prepify, an innovative EdTech platform that successfully scaled to over 4,000 users, secured more than half a million dollars in grants, and was later acquired by iQuanta. Drawing from his entrepreneurial journey, he shared invaluable lessons on building startups, understanding consumer behaviour, developing growth strategies, and transforming ideas into successful ventures. Students were equally inspired by his leadership experiences with renowned organizations including Faad Capital, Heltar, Bijak, and Godrej Properties, where he played pivotal roles in driving business growth and strategic expansion.
Adding further inspiration to the event was Mr. Subhrakant Acharya, an accomplished professional known for his exceptional leadership and communication skills. Having served in the Founder’s Office at IG Drones, he successfully coordinated and executed a multi-crore Government of Odisha project in collaboration with senior officials. A charismatic public speaker, Mr. Acharya captivated the audience by sharing his experiences of hosting Eastern India’s largest literary festival, attended by over 2,000 participants, and conducting an engaging live interaction with Indian cricket star Bhuvneshwar Kumar before an audience of more than 1,200 people. His journey inspired students to develop confidence, communication, leadership, and the courage to seize emerging opportunities.
The workshop encouraged students to think beyond textbooks and discover the immense possibilities that exist in marketing, branding, advertising, entrepreneurship, digital media, and strategic communication. The resource persons emphasized that creativity, innovation, analytical thinking, storytelling, and effective communication are the defining skills of the future and encouraged students to begin cultivating these qualities from an early age.
