Raipur: The swimming pool at N.H. Goel World School echoed with cheers, determination, and spirited competition as the school successfully organized its Intra-Hosteler Swimming Competition, where hostel students showcased remarkable speed, endurance, and sportsmanship. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all four houses—Surya, Pawan, Varun, and Vasundhara—creating an electrifying atmosphere of healthy competition and team spirit.
The championship featured separate competitions for boys and girls, with every swimmer demonstrating discipline, confidence, and a never-give-up attitude. Each race reflected the students’ dedication, rigorous training, and passion for excellence in aquatic sports.
In the Boys Category, Pawan House emerged as the champions with an outstanding performance, while Varun House secured the second position. Surya House claimed the third position, followed by Vasundhara House.
The Girls Category witnessed equally exciting contests, with Varun House delivering an exceptional performance to clinch the championship. Surya House secured the runners-up position, while Pawan House finished third. Vasundhara House displayed commendable determination throughout the competition.
Based on the overall performance in the swimming championship, Pawan House topped the event with 7 House Points, followed by Varun House with 5 points, Surya House with 3 points, and Vasundhara House with 1 point.
The latest results have further intensified the race for the coveted House Championship. According to the updated Combined Overall House Points Table, Surya House continues to lead the standings with 28 points, closely followed by Pawan House with 26 points. Varun House remains firmly in contention with 24 points, while Vasundhara House has accumulated 18 points, keeping the competition alive for the upcoming sporting events.
The competition was a true celebration of perseverance, teamwork, discipline, and sporting excellence. Every participant displayed remarkable courage and resilience, making the event memorable for athletes, teachers, and spectators alike.
