N.H. Goel World School Empowers Support Staff Through Comprehensive Sensitisation Training Programme

Raipur, 15 July 2026: Reinforcing its unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of every child, N.H. Goel World School organized a comprehensive Staff Sensitisation and Training Session for its Grade IV Transport Staff, including driver bhaiyas, helper bhaiyas, and helper didis. The programme was conducted on 15 July 2026 from 9:45 AM to 11:30 AM in two interactive sessions, enabling focused discussions and active participation.

The initiative was organized by the Transport Department under the leadership of Mr. Abhinandan Sinha, Mr. Ashish Ramteke, and Mr. Deshmukh, while the training sessions were expertly facilitated by Dr. Sunayana Shukla and Mr. Kaushalendra Kumar Mishra.

To ensure meaningful interaction, the workshop was conducted in two separate slots—one for Driver Bhaiyas and Helper Bhaiyas and another for Helper Didis. The interactive format encouraged open communication, allowing participants to discuss practical challenges and share valuable insights from their daily responsibilities.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey emphasized the school’s vision of providing a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for every student. He highlighted the vital role played by the transport team in ensuring that students begin and end each school day in a secure and supportive atmosphere. Admin Head Mr. Abhinandan Sinha also interacted with the staff, addressing their operational concerns and encouraging continuous communication to improve transport services.

A major focus of the session was identifying and reporting bullying. Participants were sensitised to recognise early signs of bullying among students and were informed about the appropriate reporting procedures, reinforcing the school’s zero-tolerance approach towards any form of bullying or harassment.

The facilitators also conducted an insightful session on supporting children with special needs, helping staff understand the importance of empathy, patience, and respectful communication while interacting with students requiring additional care. The discussions highlighted the crucial role that every member of the school community plays in building an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Recognising the dynamic nature of school operations, the programme also emphasised the importance of adaptability and flexibility. Staff members were encouraged to embrace changes in duties, transport routes, and schedules with a positive attitude while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

One of the most appreciated aspects of the training was the open dialogue that allowed support staff to share their day-to-day operational challenges and practical concerns. The facilitators carefully noted their feedback, enabling the school to identify areas for improvement and strengthen operational efficiency.

The session witnessed enthusiastic participation, with support staff actively engaging in discussions and demonstrating a strong willingness to contribute to a safer and more supportive school environment. The interactive format helped reinforce awareness about student safety, inclusive practices, and effective communication, while also strengthening the confidence of staff members in handling everyday situations with greater sensitivity and responsibility.

Appreciating the initiative, Director Administration Mr. S. K. Tomar and Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey stated that every member of the school community plays a vital role in shaping a secure, caring, and inclusive environment for students. They emphasized that continuous training and sensitisation programmes not only enhance professional competence but also foster empathy, responsibility, and teamwork among all staff members.

Through such meaningful capacity-building initiatives, N.H. Goel World School continues to nurture a culture of safety, inclusivity, compassion, and excellence, ensuring that every child learns and grows in a secure, respectful, and supportive environment.
