Raipur: The campus of N.H. Goel World School transformed into a vibrant green sanctuary as the EP Block celebrated Van Mahotsava with immense enthusiasm in association with Baggicha, inspiring the youngest learners to become the guardians of Mother Earth. The atmosphere resonated with excitement, laughter, and a shared commitment to building a greener tomorrow.

The celebration began with a special plantation drive where the tiny learners of Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, and Senior Kindergarten, accompanied by their dedicated teachers, planted saplings with great joy and pride. Every little hand that placed a sapling into the soil symbolized a promise to nurture nature and protect the environment for generations to come.

The plantation drive commenced with the students of Nursery A, where Director Administration Mr. S. K. Tomar, Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey, Founder of Baggicha Ms. Nisha Singhal, and EP Block In-charge Ms. Tasneem Hunaid Naaz together planted the first sapling, marking the beginning of this meaningful green initiative. The programme concluded with the students of Senior Kindergarten D, followed by the final ceremonial plantation jointly carried out by Ms. Tasneem Hunaid Naaz and Ms. Nisha Singhal, symbolising the continuity of the mission to preserve nature.

The entire programme was meticulously coordinated by Ms. Unnati Chimnani, whose dedicated planning and seamless execution ensured the grand success of the event.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. S. K. Tomar, Director Administration, emphasized that nurturing environmental values must begin at an early age. He appreciated the collaborative efforts of Baggicha and the school community in creating meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom.

Principal Dr. Awinash Pandey remarked that Van Mahotsava is not merely a plantation drive but a lifelong lesson in environmental responsibility. He encouraged every child to care for the sapling they planted and grow alongside it with love and responsibility.
Ms. Nisha Singhal, Founder of Baggicha, applauded the enthusiasm displayed by the young learners and appreciated N.H. Goel World School for cultivating environmental consciousness among children through practical experiences.
As a gesture of gratitude, Ms. Tasneem Hunaid Naaz, EP Block In-charge, presented a token of love to Ms. Nisha Singhal, acknowledging Baggicha’s valuable partnership in making the celebration meaningful and impactful.
